How it works
- 1
Add the client
Name, email and any guardians. That's all the packet needs.
- 2
Send the intake packet
Every form fills itself. One send, one link per person.
- 3
Arrive with it done
Signed copies file themselves in the client's folder before the first session.
Questions
Is eSignHouse HIPAA compliant?
eSignHouse does not currently sign business associate agreements. If your forms will contain protected health information and you need a BAA, please talk to us at hello@esignhouse.com before using it for those forms. Many practices use it for policies, consents and agreements that don't include clinical information.
Can both parents sign for a minor?
Yes. Add each guardian to the folder. They get separate links and can sign at the same time.
Are electronic signatures legally binding?
In the United States, the federal ESIGN Act and state laws based on the UETA give electronic signatures the same legal effect as handwritten ones for most business documents. A few documents, such as wills and some court filings, have their own rules. Every completed folder includes an audit certificate showing who signed, when, and from where.
Do the people signing need an account?
No. Each signer gets their own link by email and signs in the browser on a phone or computer. Only members of your organization have accounts.
What does it cost?
You can start free with one member and three documents a month. Pro is $19 a month, or $180 a year, for unlimited documents and includes you. Each member you add is $5 a month and each admin $10 a month. People who sign never pay.
