Terms of service
Last updated October 11, 2026
These terms govern use of eSignHouse. By creating an account or signing a document through the service you agree to them.
The service
eSignHouse lets organizations prepare documents, send them for electronic signature, and keep the signed records. Electronic signatures collected through the service are intended to satisfy the U.S. ESIGN Act and state electronic-transactions laws. Whether a particular document is enforceable depends on its content and the law that applies to it; we provide the tool, not legal advice.
Your account and organization
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your sign-in private. An organization's owners control who belongs to it and what they can see. Connector links issued to a member act as that member; treat them like a password.
Your content
Documents, templates and records belong to the organization that created them. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process, display and deliver them as the service requires. You are responsible for having the right to use any form or document you upload.
Signers
If you receive a document to sign, you may decline. By signing you consent to do business electronically for that document and agree that your electronic signature carries the same effect as a handwritten one.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive documents, to impersonate anyone, or to interfere with the service or other users.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
